MISLED INTO TAKING A POLICY

I was a member of Sanlam Reality until they decided to change the way they do things so I cancelled my policy. Recently I called Sanlam reality to activate or rejoin my sanlam reality so that I can have a gym benefit. I was informed that I at least need to have "two policies with Sanlam to qualify". I then took two plicies, one for my Mother-in-law a funeral cover and one for my children's Education, THOSE ARE SANLAM POLICIES! That was about three months ago. When I called in, I spoke to some Xhosa guy who informed me that they must atleast deduct a premium before I can join reality. End of July they deducted, today I make a call @ about 15:15 and the lady whom I spoke to tells me that there are specific qualifying policies, and mine do not qualify! This is the kind of service that just gets to me, people working for the same company that do not know the same story. What am I supposed to be doing now, open two more policies? Just because I want a gym membership must have policies I may not need from Sanlam, because of people who cannot do their job? Is that necessary at ALL, is it FAIR on me? i need answers people
