Never cancelled my policies as requested

I sent in my cancellation with all documents that they required in time. They never cancelled my policies and now i have to pay bank charges to reverse the debit orders. I replaced these policies with anither insurance company an Sanlam's lack of client centricity is exactly why i will not recommend Sanlam to anyone. They treat their clients like rubbish and still expect them to stay loyal. I want my policies CANCELLED!!!
