Premiums for two of my cancelled Sanlam policies were deducted out of my bank account on 01 November 2013 and on 01 October 2013. This is following the cancellation of the said policies by Sanlam on 24 September 2013.
On 30 October 2013, I received an email from Sanlam confirming that the relevant debit orders were stopped AFTER I realized and notified Sanlam that money had been wrongly deducted from my account on 01 October 2013.
I have not had any communication from the person promised to contact me (as per the email) or a Sanlam representative concerning returning my premiums taken out of my bank account post-cancellation.
I am literally at my wits end with Sanlam.
