Sanlam
After almost 3 months, premiums still not reduced

I requested that a reduction of my policy premiums as I have stopped smoking 2 yrs ago. It is almost 3 months later, and all I have received is a notification that my premiums will drop by about R700 p.m., but Sanlam has to date failed to advise me of their requirements to implement the reduction. The reduced premiums of my non-Sanlam policies have been in place from 1 March and 1 April respectively. Sanlam is extremely inefficient.
