Purchase Prepaid card to redeem GB

This is ludicrous!
How can you force me to PURCHASE another Nedbank card in order to redeem my Greenbacks?
I don't want ANOTHER Nedbank card; all I want is to redeem my Greenbacks for cash.
I do already pay for the Greenbacks service.
I do not see why I need to pay again!

Please contact me to arrange a FREE prepaid card or redeem the Greenbacks into an account I already have.
