Since February i have not used my bank card for Maestro purchases until towards the end of May, i then tried to redeem my greenbacks but was told i could not redeem as i didnt earn any points during that period and they were forfeited. I was then adviced by the tele-consultant that if i re-use my card by swiping it my points would be automaticaly redeemed. I then orded a new card in order to re-gain my greenbacks points i forfeited... But only realised that they werent re-instated while i tried to use them, i then called in again to find out what the matter was told they will follow it up, then 2days ago a consulted told me that i wont be able to receive my greenbacks one as my account wasnt used for the period above and that i would not be able to get them back through the telephone discussion we had.
But then when i read the terms it clearly states that, If you do not earn any Greenbacks for a period of 5 (five) months, your Greenbacks account will be considered dormant and i will forfeit them. So whats different about my account that it wasnt close to 5months but i lost all...
