Banking Charges Unknown

I called the helpdesk on Friday to query service charge on my account. After the thumb explanation was provided and I got angry enough, I asked for them to get back to me with the real reason for the bank charges or reverse the charge. Needless to say when I called today the reference number I had been given was wrong and I got attitude because I asked that when I provide the details (again) they get back to me! I have banked with Nebank for almost 20 years, am feeling seriously disgusted.
