I did a Cash send transaction with my phone on the 26th May 2013 of R1000.00. It went through my account 3 times and R3000.00 was deducted. On the 27th, I went in the Sandridge branch, i was assisted by a very rude consultant called Ntombi, who told that if i am not willing to wait for them to investigate, then I shoud handle the query myself. On the 28th, I went into the branch and spoke to the branch manager. Two transactions were reversed and they couldn't reverse the third one. They told me that i would be contacted and till today, I still have no feedback with regards to my R1000. The money went through my account, the recieppient didn't recieve it. I need to know where my R1000 is.
