FAILURE TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT

On the 27th on last month I did 3 cash send withdrawals to myself as i have forgoten my card on my other bag at home and needed money to go pay my rent, 2 cash send of R1000 AND 1 For R100 which all together amounted to R2100, I was able to withdraw one of the R1000 and the R100 but the other R1000 gave me an error (transaction not authorised 55) I called telephone banking and they told me that they transaction shows that it wasnt redeemed successfully and its just hanging, they couldnt reverse it for me on their side and adviced me to try on different atm's and also try to reverse the transaction on my internet banking but up to today its not allowing me to withdrw or reverse it, I called them again and adviced them and they logged a call for me and gave me this ref no2257523, I dont knw what happened there cause no one gives me feedback, I have to call all the time and hold forever for someone to tell me that they dont know whts happening and refer me to the next person and then the next to the next until I give upmIv exhausted my options now, Iv called all the complaints departments at Absa and Im still not winning, the last ref no that they gave me is 2265164.Im very very frustrated.
