ATM did not give me money

I have tried to withdraw R1000 on the 14th March 2013 at an Engen Garage Absa ATM in Witbank, I have received an sms notification that I have withdrawn R1000 however the screen of the ATM turned red and the ATM was no longer working. I went to the other Absa ATM which is at Sasol Garage in Witbank town and withdrawn R1000 again and I did get the money and it showed on the screen that there was a pending R1000. I did not go to the bank the following day with the hope that the transaction will be reversed. I called FNB cellphone banking department on Monday the 18th March 2013 to querry this issue and I was told that the transaction was not reversed and I was advised to go to the nearest FNB branch to fill the ATM error form. I went to FNB at Middleburg Mall the same day, I was told I have to go to ABSA at Witbank, lucky enough there is an Absa in the same mall. I went to Absa and I was told that FNB needs to fill the SASWITCH form and log a querry against Absa so that the issue can be investigated. I just want FNB to help me to get my money.
