I was involved in an accident on the 27 March upon which I called first for women and Zakhele assisted me with the claim. He was very responsive and gave me feedback up until he transferred everything over to California who would be dealing with the claim, she has never once called me. I had to call her every day to follow up, somedays they would say that my claim was declined other days they would say the car is in harrismith panel beaters other days she would say the car is a TC panel beaters in Wynburg. I called the harrismith panel beaters only to find that the car had been moved to Joburg, I had to call the head office in Cape town to check where exactly is the car. the car was still at an industrial yard, It only got to the TC panel beater on the 29th April.
the panel beaters could not pick up the car registration and policy numbers, only to find that the vehicle was not authorised to get there. the whole of May no one from the insurance borders to call back and update me on the vehicle. I have to call the panel beaters myself in which I always get the response its in the assembly point and they'll call me but nobody ever calls its been 3months now!!! I hate 1st 4women!!
