ATM withdrawel - no cash receive but taken off acc

On the 6th of November I withdraw cash at Greenstone shopping centre. The ABSA atm didn't give me my R1000 which I withdrew, but deducted it off my account. I straight away phone the 0860008600 call centre number and they said I need to go into the branch, the lady also said it usally only take 24hours for the refund back, as they will see that they are over on the ATM and will refund me again. I went to the ABSA Greenstone Mall, where I log a call (2597905). When I phoned today (9 working days later), they said the call is close, I didn't get ANY feedback from ABSA and also not my refund. AGAIN I needed to go into the branch to find out what is going on. Needless to say they didn't even know and also couldn't get hold off anyone to find out what is going on. It has been given to the manager now and all they can tell me is that they will give me feedback still today. Well I am not going to hold my breath. All I want is what is rightly mine and that is my R1000 refund!!!
