I think I should change to Nedbank

I have been with you for six years now, and this is how you treating me? This thing of yours with your late notification (funds used and bank balance) and whoever decides to up our lives in your department should stop and check and see if they have a heart. Payment made to SA Homelaons was succesful &bank balance is R1000, two days later transaction declined due to sufficient funds and you charge me a penalty fee ontop of that?? What the is wrong with you people? Your credit card department even transfered my from my cheque account without my concern, we didnt even agree on that amount after i transfered money as well. This is not fair, you dont even do what I ask of you. I have been approached by Nedbank, I think i will cancell all facilities with you and go to them...
