NON INCREASING EFT LIMIT- LACK OF SERVICE

Usually I am able to increase my monthly EFT by way of email. Now my business banker changed, I don't know who to contact at Standardbank Hatfield. I mailed the branch manager and person in control of my personal account, the limit was not increased as requested. I send a secure message as well. They did not take the courtesy to respond. Now I have made a future dated payment for tomorrow which will probably not go through and I will probably be charged bank fees. I called internet banking who told me I will have to go to the bank even though I always increased my EFT limit if needed by email.
I also called the personal banker regarding my brothers' credit card. He is in Australia. I have a power of attorney on his behalf. I always collect his cards. Now he blocked his internet banking and a new credit card which he used for internet banking has been issued, but we are not sure where. I asked Lucky Mathole of Hatfield PTA to locate the card, request it to be send to Hatfield for me to pick up with the POA. More than two weeks, no response from Lucky as he is not sure if he can do what I requested, and I have been doing this for 5years on brothers behalf!
