Credit card limit increase and upgrade

Good day,

I applied for credit card upgrade (from gold to platinum) and limit increase on my credit card. This happened during the last week of October. I got an sms during the first week of November saying my new credit card is ready for collection at FNB Zambesi. I went to collect the new platinum credit card there. In the second week of November, I realised that FNB only upgraded the credit card, and left the limit unchanged.

Last week Friday I called them and complained. The consultant told me she is escalating the matter, to get my limit increased. She told me the limit will be increased within three working days. Today, Thursday, is the 4th working day and the limit is still not increased. What must I do to get the limit increased? I can't continue to have a credit card that does not serve me, while I do qualify for more.
