Secure messaging on internet banking

Hi there I am working in Algeria on contract for my company in SA and I have been trying to change my daily and monthly EFT limit on my Internet banking for two weeks now. I have contacted standard bank via email as I have no cell phone reception here .they came back to me and said I must just send a secure message from my Internet banking profile and there they will be able to change my monthly and daily EFT limit but no luck not even a reply from them in two weeks. I am trying to send money to people but I cant because of my limit. So I don't know what to do anymore? And they don't understand that I am out of the country and that I cant phone them or go to a branch.
