Ongoing issue with EFT limit

We are experiencing an ongoing issue with our Internet banking limit. For the last few months we need to continuously request that our Internet banking limit be adjusted back to the requested amount. We have been dealing with our banker who cannot give a reasonable reason for the limit been reduced. This will be the second time we have had this issue. Not to mention the error on our cheque account card in that the pin keeps giving us an error.
