How is it possible that FNB can take an amount out of your bank account via debit order, of more than 3 times the amount that I have signed a debit order form for, my account have never been in arrears. I was 30min on a telephone call, 3 transfers and nobody able to help me, at the end they just put the phone down in your ear.
WOW! That is very poor customer services, or rather that is no service at all!!!
