Internet banking Limit

I applied for my account to get internet banking done on Saturday (25/01/14) and so it was done, i was told... but the person who helped me FORGOT to change the limit from R0-00 to an amount... great when i have to pay people via the internet.. or my phone app... i sent an email to sort this out via the email help center and once again i was told to go into the bank to sort this problem out i called the help center and they advised me to send a safe secure email using the standard bank internet banking link.. i did so to receive a call today (29/01/14) to find out that i cant have a limit made larger i can only have it temporary limit and then in 3 months go threw all this again to get a permanent limit... Thanks standard bank shows how much you care for your clients and keeping them... having people finish school or studying should be a number one priority to keep them banking with you forever... once again a service that doesn't care.. ( and still my limit hasn't been changed.. still sitting with a R0-00 limit even once i told the lady to change it to (set amount)
FIX THIS PROBLEM I WILL NOT BE GOING INTO A BANK TO SORT THIS OUT you should of done this when i was there!!!
