Internet Banking EAP limit issue

I had Bluebean contact me to offer a credit card which I received today. I registered for Internet Banking, contacted the call centre for my card pin. All went smoothly till I could not increase my payment limit on internet banking, but instead have to go to the branch to do this. Now so much for convenience. Now how on earth can I get all other details including my credit card pin number and not increase my EAP limit. This does not make sense. I was told that if the limit was above R0, I could do it telephonically. I was never asked when the consultant offered this card what my limit should be set at and was never informed that I would need to go in to the branch to set the limit, trust me I would not have accepted the offer. There is nothing worse than having to go into a branch for banking. A little disappointing really.
