Zeroed my internet banking limit AGAIN

In November I complained that Standard Banque froze my accounts because of a "technical error" including my ATM and online banking facility. Now, yet again, Standard Bank has zeroed my internet banking limit, meaning that I can't use my account to pay my bills. I travel often, and am very dependent on internet banking for payments. I need at least a R15 000 limit to be able to pay bills. I've reduced use of the account because of the constant problems with Standard Bank - and because they NEVER respond to internet secure messages. Yet again Standard Bank has managed to completely inconvenience my life, even if I've been banking with them for about twenty years. I need to have my Internet payment limit restored to about R15 000.
