Disgusting Service

I was totally unhappy with the service I received. Sthembiso Tshabalala don't know the first thing about customer service. She is insisting that the only way that she can authenticate me is by my card number. I told her I am driving on the N1 in Gauteng, yet she is asking me to pull over and take out my card. My handbag, being in the boot of my car. How pathetic is that- she asking me to pull over. This is so unreal. I asked her to authenticate me another way as I cannot stop on the N1, I asked more than 10 times for her name and she refused to give me her name. Utterly disgusted by her service really.
