Went to the service counter to replace my gold card. I was told that it would take 4 days and that they could not help me. i demanded a card because i have things to do. i was asked if i have cellphone banking. i said no. i was told that they would give me a temporary card and it would cost me R68. I refused to pay it because it is not my fault that they had none in stock. i asked to see the manager, who did not appear. the lady came back and said that they would reverse the charges. i then asked if i could put my son on as a beneficiary. i told her i did not have his id no but i had his account number. she asked for his id number, i told her i did not have it. eventually it was organised. she was not friendly at all. am thinking of moving my whole family of 4 accounts to another bank. am soooo tired of poor service.
