Complained about A T M S

I wrote at the end of June about the ATM'S at the Mayville Shopping centre. I was contacted by Keith who told me he would look into the matter and let me know as to the complaint we all have at this shopping centre. Well sorry to say Keith we have not had any improvement at the ATM'S They are still not right. I mean do not put your card in as the card holder is so loose I think if you tried you would pull it right out. Nobody has gone to the trouble of sorting out this problem, and I am sorry to say this is a disgrace we want to know our card is safe. But no you stand and pray that the card comes out and does not get stuck some where in the ATM. No good going in to the bank as they pull up their shoulders and say they can not help. You told me when you phoned that they have to help, well sorry to say either take of the blinders and see what we have to put up with on a daily bases. Or even better train the staff to do what we the clients are paying for. We have to pay our credit card again this month but I think instead of having sleepless nights we must go to a bank where there is better service. Please do not contact me, as all you want is me to back off. Sorry can't do.
