I went to do some shopping at the East Rand Mall - Edgars. And they had a brand sale and i wanted to buy a couple of jeans. A guy approached me and offered to sell me those jeans half the price of what the items where worth. I refused cause i knew i went there to buy using my account. Another guy came and acted as if he was taking the deal and at the time my cellphone, bank card and money was on the outside pockets of my handbag. Then they left, a while later i realized those things where gone(). I tried looking for them and they where no where to be found. Then i went to customer service it took them a while to assist me and i asked them to stop my bank card and i was told they can't make outgoing calls and i also asked to have a look at the camera footage so i can show them those guys and the head of security refused. I eventually had to go and seek help outside the store, so that my card can be stopped. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERINCE!!
