HI. I recently ordered a new credit card after my old one expired 2 years ago and Nedbank never contacted me to renew my card (I only keep this credit card for emergencies). So I asked for the card to be delivered to Greenstone Mall where the Nedbank branch is. I also asked to update my cell number as it has changed. About 10 working days later I phoned and asked where is my card? They said its at the bank, but I never received the sms because they still had my cell number wrong. I asked again to update my number and I was told it had to be done inside the bank.

So I went to the bank and stood in a queue for more than an hour, and when I got there my card wasn't there but at the Pick n Pay inside the mall after I have asked for it to be delivered to the bank itself. SO while in the bank, I updated my cell number for the notifications etc to come through to my new number.

I collected the card at Pick n Pay, and used it later that afternoon. The notifications still came through the wrong number after I updated it 2 times now. So I phoned and changed it again (this time they didn't tell me it had to be done inside) And still the notifications comes to the wrong number. USELESS
