On the 29/08/13 I realised that I have been billed for Credit card protection on my card, which I have never asked for, nor authorised to go off my account every month. I called Standardbank and they informed me that this has been going on since 2011. I asked them to look into the matter as I find this unacceptable. Nobody has gotten back to me since. I have called 3-4 times since asking about the matter at hand. I was told by a Wilhelmina that it would take up to 11 days for them to pull my original documentation from when I first received a credit card. Why is it taking so long?
