First National Bank
This put me off for good!!

I went to go and open a FNB credit card on Friday. The reception lady was very rude and asked me if I had all the needed documents. I did not have 3 months bank statements. She then asked me what I think I am going to do here if I do not have the documents!! I then asked her what the on line criteria were to apply for a credit card as it keeps on saying that I do not meet the criteria. Her answer was that it was declined and I will not get a credit card from FNB anyway. I do not see any reason why?? I have to say I am extremely thankful that I do not bank with FNB nor have that credit card as this is the type of service i receive as a NEW customer!! I am utterly disgusted and will not recommend anyone to switch to FNB nor deal with their rude employers.
