I thought all insurance companies are the same but I was proved otherwise by Outsurance. Last month I made my complaint verbal regarding outsurance but now I am glad to say that the issue has since been resolved and I am really happy with the outcome. I'll be honest and say I was in the market looking at another insurance company but I can confidently say this is where I'll be staying.
I have an incident on my hands right now soon after my previous drama but I cn say that I am at easy because I know they are on my side and we can work together in resolving it.
