FNB - Read the fine print!

To cut a long story short - I was sold a new FNB Cheque Account on 3 May 2013 - With the New Account I was given the option of a Smartphone, which I agreed to and I was told that I would receive the phone within 10 working days. The Account was opened and FNB switched my debit order and salary THEMSELVES to the new bank account. I decided to follow up on the phone delivery so I called the Smartphones division on the 15/05/2013 and spoke to Sandile Kunene who said that he would send an urgent message to the couriers for my phone to be released and delivered to me by Friday 17/05/2013. Of course, the phone was not delivered. I called this morning and spoke to Maputi Molele who kept putting me on hold very abruptly, I then spoke to her supervisor, Gloria Maswabi who said that my debit orders have not been switched and my salary has not been moved to the new account and therefore the phone will not be released!?!? EXCUSE ME!!! FNB offered this as a service which I agreed to, and now they're saying it's not done and holding ME accountable!? I WANT TO CANCEL EVERYTHING!!! What a misleading bank... So quick to make the sale and then no after-sale service applies... I am utterly disgusted!
