Pathetic service, with untrained staff

Good day
i am highly irritated and disgusted by the service from FNB.
i applied for a gold cheque card and was told it would be delivered, when the couriers called me the first time and told me they could not deliver because i didnt have my id as it was i understood. i then went to apply for a new id book and was issued with a receipt and i went to do an affidavit for to show that i have applied for an id and still waiting fro it, i then called fnb on the delivery department spoke to someone and she assured me that as long as i have the id receipt, affidavit and id copy i can have my card delivered, then the couriers called and said they cannot deliver, what kind of service is this when 2 people sau yes they will be delivered and the other says no, im still waiting fro cleopatra to call me cos i need my card.. i have switched my salary details already as i have the account number.so meaning my salary will be deposited in the new account this month without my card to withdraw... if this is the service you give to ur customers, then i'll just go to another bank that will assist
