Debit Orders not switched

I open a new account where I required that my salary be paid into the account, as soon as my account was opened, I was told by the consultant that my debit orders will be switched that was in the beginning of December on the 13th of Decembr I got a notification via SMS that I need to move my salary to the new account as my debits would be moved. Come 20th of January all my debits were hitting my old account. Now I have a bad credit rating because of this incompetency of the bank. I want to the branch to enquire and they said they would make sure that my debits were switched. Now on the 1st of Feb as some of the debit being deducted, they are still being debited to my old account.

Can you please get this right as my credit record is being tanted by this.
