How FNB deceived me

I'm really disgusted and disappointed at what FNB does to deceive poor citizens. I was taken by your tablet offer that I decided to open a cheque account to qualify for one. I was willing to leave ABSA for which I have been banking with since I was 16 yrs old. I applied online and Marildia Reed wrote that I have to switch my salary and all my debit orders to FNB before I could qualify. Stupid me, I switched everything including my salary only to get a mail saying I didn't qualify for what I initially wanted. I still don't know what the didn't this stupid foolish bank tell me I don't qualify before I switched my whole life to you - how irresponsible (how do I now start a new credit record with such a bank?)
Secondly, ebucks had big and sent me mail that since I had opened a new account I qualify for 5, 000 ebucks if I make a deposit of R500. I called your stupid call center and they said I will only receive 5, 000 ebucks in three months or so - they said it all depends on my transaction pattern (what piece of garbage)

I Request FNB to give me 5, 000 ebucks as they have stated on their mail and also give me HP smartphone as they failed to let me know i don't qualify earlie
