First National Bank
No pay because of NO SERVICE

On the 18 June i sent in my forms to have my salary and debit orders switched from my one account to my FNB account. after sending the a second email i got a reply saying i would get an sms confirming that they have gotten my forms. a few days later i got the sms. after that everything went quiet. then on the 8 July i called to follow up. and was told that NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE YET!! but the consultant said she would make it urgent. like what the? at that point its way too late to make it urgent. so i asked her to cancel it. then today i get a call stating that they only got the claim this morning and he would see to it that it gets sorted. WHAT THE! IM SUPPOSE TO GET PAID ON THE 15TH AND MY SALARY WILL NOT BE IN ON TIME BECAUSE FNB IS SO GEVREK! now the guy tells me his gonna call the company i work for and try to sort it out for me.! really? im so off right now that im considering closing this account!!
