I Just feel like my money is not safe with FNB, I have used FNB all my life and for me find out that a total of 5 companies have been given access to withdraw money from account is uncalled for. A total amount of R557 have been deducted from my account on a monthly basis, this is uncalled for as the companies that have been given access, I have never heard of. A lady from the branch managed to assist me with stopping the debit order, but that still doesn't give me proper reason on why and who this companies are. For every transaction stopped I had to pay an amount of R35, which is not right as I have been cheated out on my money. I managed to get a three month bank statement and it shows that this has been happening for more than three months.
FNB gave me the contact numbers for these companies, which means I have to manually do the research myself. FNB is not taking any accountability at all, and now I have to research and find out how it all happened that they have been my money and for how long. This is very un professional of FNB! And am just so sick of such thing happening without our concerns. FNB need to put some sort of security process for such things!
