FNB: How can you Frustrate me

So, at the end of June I opened an account with FNB and all went smoothly and had my gold card delivered. I then requested that they switch all my debit orders and change the debit order date to the 1st as I was starting a new job. I was asked to fill in the form with all the info which I did and send back. Early in July I was advised that there were 2 debit orders which they could not switch and I need to call those companies myself and do that. No worries, I called the companies and switched my debit orders personally. Then FNB kept on mailing me with feedback and that the rest of the debit orders were switched succesfully. Come end of July, debit orders went off my OLD capitec account!!! I then send a message on their FB page and RBJacobs said he will escalate the matter. I got a call from Bianca who assured me now that all was sorted. They will follow up and find out why debit orders went off my old account. And that was the last I heard from her. Last night the 27th August, AGAIN, I had debit orders going off my old account!!! This time, it's a different story as I don't have money in that account!!! So what happens now??? Can FNB not do something this simple???
