ATM FAILS TO GIVE MONEY!

LAST WEEK TUESDAY, 29 APRIL 2013, I TRIED TO WITHDRAW R800 FROM THE MATRIX ATM AT WITS UNIVERSITY VIA INSTANT MONEY, AS THE MONEY WAS ABOUT TO COME OUT THE ATM WENT OFFLINE! I TRIED ANOTHER MACHINE IT SAID THAT MY VOUCHER NUMBER HAS ALREADY BEEN USED. I HAVE SINCE THEN SPOKEN TO MANY CONSULTANTS AND A MANAGER AND THEY KEEP PROMISING ME THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO LOCATE MY MONEY AND THAT I SHOULD BE RECEIVING IT SOON BUT YET NOTHING!!! YESTERDAY AND TODAY I TRIED CALLING MARAPENG, WHOM I BELIEVE IS A SUPERVISOR OF SORTS AND HE HAS NOT NOT BEEN ANSWERING MY CALLS!! THIS HAS BEEN A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE AND I WANT MY MONEY!!! I NEED THAT MONEY!! HOW CAN THEY FEEL LIKE ITS ALRIGHT TO MESS UP SOMEONE'S LIFE LIKE THIS!! THIS SITUATION HAS BECOME ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!
