On the Tuesday 23rd of April we withdraw money from the ATM, but did not receive any. After complaining inside the bank we were told that it would take two days for the money to be back in my account. Well surprise after 3 days still no money. When we enquire again today we were told that it might be rectified by next week Wednesday That is more that a week, and all the lady in the bank had to say is we just have to wait. When calling the complaint department I were told that they are only open till 16:00 and only weekdays. Now How is that for customer service.
