Instant Money woes-prestige banke

I transferred money through instant money. When the person tried to pick it up through Standard bank ATM she received an error message and was told to try again. When they did they were told that the voucher has been used. Then I called standard bank and was told self service will assist. Then I received an email from self service saying I must contact instant money. Instant money I spoke to Philemon and he said he could not help because he could not log a call and I must go to the branch closest to the ATM used. Couldn't understand why no one didn't tell me this the day when I called. Anyhow, I used instant money with the understanding that it was a Standard Bank product but when I have a problem I am being sent from post to pillar by Standard bank units and no one offering substantive assistance. Then Shaun was able to assist and the money has been returned.
But now I go to the ATM and ATM says there is not enough notes, I go into branch for help and they tell me to go to Spar because they can not assist me. What? Why is instant money not linked to other systems in the bank? This is last straw. Definitely switching banks. I mean I pay R199 for being a prestige banker, for what
