25 March Defy came and replaced the oven glass paid R500 to them the oven doesnt work incl the hob now 18 April Roodepoort Electrical comes to look at the oven and hob says there is screws missing and wires not connected they fiddle to try correct the matter oven still trips then they left still havent heard anything claim no 2330242 i have not been able to use my oven since 5 January 2013 i still have the letter from defy stating the oven is old and beyond repair but i still get a nice new glass fitted at least it looks neat but just cant use it
please can we get this sorted out
