I received an instant money voucher and when I tried to collect it at the ATM I received a message saying that Standard Bank is experiencing technical difficulties. I was not able to receive my instant money. I tried a another ATM and received the same error. I phoned Customer Care and all that they could say was that I need to escalate it at the branch and the ATM has my money. The branch will not be able to give me a refund. Nice, so I am loosing out on my money and Standard Bank takes it. This is not fair. How do you explain this? I will NEVER use instant money again.
