Instant Money Withdrawal

On the 24th December I went to withdraw an Instant Money voucher which I sent to myself via cellphone banking and i tried on two different ATM's but I got an error message so I called stanbdard bank which they promised that my money will be available on the same afternoon as they were experiencing technical probles with their ATMs. On the 27th the money was stil not there and when I called i was reffered to a branch for a Gijima query which I did after waiting 3hrs witht the consultant helping me at Mafikeng standard bank branch because she apparently did not know how to log a instant money query on Gijima. I was given a reference number and told my money will be refunded in 48hrs and today Im still waiting. I regret banking with Standard Bank period!! Utter Bad Srvice..
