I received a statement from MIBFA on 25 June 2012 stating an amount that was due to me, I completed the documents (bank mandate, aplication form etc:) This was send back on 26 June 2012.I phone almost every week to follow up but 90% of call I dont get through A few promises was made to me but up till today nothing. What I need to know, does this department still operate or did it close down. The last number I have phoned was 0861504455
