Attempted to withdraw money

I attempted to withdraw money from a Standard Bank ATM on Saturday the 22th and the machine gave me a machine error (and needless to say did not give the money I attempted to withdraw). minutes later stating that I had withdrawn Money is however not returned. Standard Bank's actions are almost similar to African Bank's - the fine should go both ways... SERVICE
