Standard banks instant money is suspect

On Tuesday 5th November I sent money using instant money to Zimbabwe. The recipient did not recieve the voucher number and the money was taken from my account. I called them the following day only to be informed that the system has been faulty for a couple of days. Why the he'll is it still running then??? Was told to email my statement to show the transaction which I did but since all iv recieved is a query reference number. My money has not been replaced and my reason for using the instant money is because it was for an emergency. Standard bank standards have really since gone down. This amounts to somme kind of because my question is where is the money R2000?? Where did it go.
