I never took device insurance when I bought this device. Over R50 goes off every month. FNB have passed the buck to CID or some underwriter = they say they have only taken from 1 March and have no idea who or what have been taking the money since December. She wanted me to authorize cancellation from 1 March I said no from December she said the workload was getting to much for FNB so they have given it over to underwriters.
I honestly do not care about the internal problems FNB are having. I want this cancelled and refunded and I will continue to post and carry on until this is done.
Please get someone who actually knows what happened here and who the is doing the insurance to contact me. Someone gave permission for money to be taken off my bank account and that person must please explain to me where they got the right.
