FNB not delivering what they advertise

After being charged bank charged additional to my monthly "once off fee that covers it all" i requested telephonic-ally for my account to be cancelled and closed. following month i received a statement and again requested it to be cancelled and proof of cancellation to be sent to me. after a week i requested a cancellation once again, still nothing. now i am sent a letter stating legal action will be taken if i dont pay an amount of R629 for BANK CHARGES AFTER THE ACCOUNT IS NOT BEING USED or legal action will be taken against me. The branch has no one to assist so i requested telephonically as in DECEMBER 8th R800 was put under a "RESERVE" on my account, whilst they "investigates" i sat through Christmas without money then they phone me and ask me to deposit money into my account as its a R0 balance, but all my money was "placed under reserve" without my permission or knowledge thereof, even worse the bank itself could not tell me where the money had gone. Now i must pay them for taking my money and pay them for the staff not being able to cancel an account when requested. NOTE: when i requested cancellation my acc was not i a - but now that it is now i get a threatening letter???
