After sorting out the purchase of my car i had to get the insurance out the way. Bsure got in contact with me on my request through the car sales person. Gave me the best quotes available and i decided on first for women. I was explained that there would be a pro rata amount, due to the time of the month, and the admin fee. Roughly amounting to R 750, which came off on the 1st May in two parts (R100 Admin Fee included) then on the 5th i had another debit go off my acc. for R750. After trying to contact Brad for most of the day finally got hold of him.
He played me the recording, basically saying i was confused and that he did explain the once off admin fee. I was dumb founded. The fact that the Admin fee is so high is almost unexplainable, it's almost as if they charge you 1% of the market value of your car before you even start, and then 1% goes to them with each debit off your account. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth, not sure wether to just continue because its already in place. But what also concerns me is that i left an email and messages to call me, yet it took me so long to finally get a hold of him. What if i have a situation in the future, how would that be handled?
