IPAD INSURANCE - Never requested and cannot cancel

Since I bought this ipad in December I have tried to get the insurance on it cancelled and refunded. No amount of phone calls can achieve this. All I can think is to either change banks because how do you get a bank to stop taking money for them from your account?

The last time I called I was promised this would stop and that I would be refunded all the money taken for insurance.

I don't know what to do except to close my account. This is very unfortunate as I have always been very happy with FNB - just this "" of my money is not acceptable.
