FNB - How can we you?

I settled my ipad account in October 2012. I have been trying to close the cheque account since February 2013 but FNb tells me they have not deleted the ipad account from my account therefore I am forced to keep the account open so that they can continue charging me monthly fees! The Smart device department assured me they would liaise with the branch to close my account despite the device still being active on my account. A month later this account has not been closed and they just keep sending me from pillar to post!!

I just want to close this account! Not even premier banking has sorted out my problems, so much for a personalised service.

If FNB do not resolve this problem without the bank charges being levied for March I will be taking my complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.
